These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member") and t999l ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the t999l website at t999l.pro and all associated services, features, and functionality. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, registered members, depositing players, and bonus recipients. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Access to and use of the t999l platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. t999l is committed to responsible gaming and strictly enforces these requirements. Any account found to have been opened in breach of these criteria will be suspended immediately and all associated funds managed in accordance with these Terms.

All financial transactions on the t999l platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). t999l does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Players are responsible for any foreign exchange conversion costs their payment provider may apply prior to or following a transaction on t999l.

Funds deposited into a t999l account must be used for genuine gaming activity on the platform. t999l reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct enhanced due diligence in cases where deposited funds do not appear to have been used for genuine gaming activity, or where transaction patterns are consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime. t999l is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game-specific rule is more specific to the game in question and does not conflict with the core eligibility, payment, or responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.

t999l uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all RNG-based games, independently tested for fairness and statistical integrity. Live casino games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Ezugi. t999l does not control or alter outcomes in any live dealer game; results produced by the live studio infrastructure are final and binding.

t999l reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; use of the platform by a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria; suspected bonus abuse; suspected collusion or cheating; or any conduct t999l considers harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, t999l will conduct its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and notify the account holder of the outcome. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances representing genuine player funds — net of any bonus amounts — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable investigation or KYC process.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t999l shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the t999l platform, even if t999l has been advised of the possibility of such damages. t999l's total liability to you in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The t999l platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. t999l makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or defects, or that any particular game outcome will be achieved. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and factors beyond t999l's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time.

t999l reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, t999l will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are significant, t999l may also notify registered account holders by email or in-platform notification.
